My husband had a Varicocele microsurgery at Doruk Hospital done by Dr Arif Demirbas. The communication was excellent from the beginning and throughout the process. Everything was explained and all questions answered in a timely manner. We felt reassured and at comfortable.We were greeted at the airport by a wonderful driver and Albina who speaks several languages and is very helpful and pleasant. Dr Demirbas was waiting for us at the hospital to greet us and explain what happens next. The hospital itself was modern and very clean, the food excellent and the Spa facilities a nice addition to a pleasant stay. We had to travel with our youngest child and we were accommodated to a family room. The nurses at the 11th floor Pakize Gizem Ebrar Tugçe Merve were excellent. My husband was looked after and we were all happy with the arrangement made. I would like to tank Dr Demirbas, his team, the nurses, the cleaners who kept our rooms in an excellent condition and Albina and the driver for making this experience a good one. We would recommend the Hospital!
