Meet Alpha from Sierra Leone who just undergone a PCNL and Utereoscopy surgeries at the Doruk hospital in Bursa. I want to start by sending a massive thank you to Dr Arif for exhibiting such a high level of professionalism, care, effective communication and expertise during my surgeries. I was initially scared as this was my first time in undergoing a surgery but his explanations and assurances before the surgeries were really helpful and that made me felt that I was in good hands and was less worried before the procedures. After the successful surgeries, I was able to recover faster than anticipated and I think that was down to the expertise of Dr Arif and team and the after-surgery treatments provided afterwards.

Also want to express appreciation to Albina(interpreter) and all the Nurses at the 11th floor. You guys were amazing and I still remember all your smiles and words of support you always bring to the admission room during your routine monitoring of my vitals.
